Looking back at the year that was fills us up with gratitude
and gives us a renewed sense of purpose. Teleperformance continues to transform
and evolve, seeking for more ways and opportunities to elevate the customer
Our continuous quest to solidify our services and expand our global footprint resulted in specialized business services, boosted by Teleperformance’s acquisition of Intelenet back in October. With this acquisition, we were pleased to have welcomed the Intelenet family to ours—together, we are stronger together, allowing us to fuel our capabilities in delivering world-class solutions. 2018 also introduced Teleperformance Digital Integrated Business Services (D.I.B.S.), which for us is a massive step towards enhancing the development of our integrated high-value services in the age of digital transformation.
For Teleperformance, unveiling a new look plus a new brand
identity that focuses more on customer emotions and human interactions was one
of the many highlights of 2018. A fresher visual identity that combines the
modern with the multicultural, we believe that our new brand identity signifies
Telepeformance’s evolution throughout the years.
We remain enabled by technology, yet driven with passion—a passion to make each interaction matter, and striking the right balance between empathy, human care, and technology. Teleperformance’s corporate social responsibility initiatives in 2018 were recognized by the Vigeo Eiris (Eurozone 120), as well as an inclusion in FTSE4Good Indexes. We also received our fifth certification from Verego, and became a signatory of the United Nations’ Global Compact. These recognitions serve as a testament to our commitment to demonstrate strong social, governance, and environmental practices.
To sum a successful 2018, Teleperformance’s Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Daniel Julien states: “A new major step in the transformation has been achieved.” Teleperformance is proud to present our company highlights and results in 2018 in our annual report titled “Transforming and Evolving.” Click here to read the full report.
