2017 has been a fruitful year for Teleperformance. As a global leader, we continued to look above and beyond in creating more ways to heighten and elevate the customer experience — we consistently worked hard and built partnerships, further exploring opportunities and possibilities that resulted in success.

Teleperformance understands the value of forming meaningful relationships with its employees. We believe that happy employees lead to happy customers, which in turn lead to happy clients. This is why it is important for us to provide a healthy working environment for our people in order for them to be inspired and motivated. In addition, the inclusion of fun and enjoyable activities can truly help boost one’s spirits, promoting an inspired and light environment or everyone. In 2017, our employee engagement activities reached new heights: the success of our For Fun Festival, Sport Club, and Passion 4U initiatives had motivated thousands of our employees from all over the world.

For our social responsibility initiatives, Teleperformance continued to help communities in need. In 2017, our Citizen of the World activities had gathered over USD34 million in donations, allowing us to help victims of natural disasters. Through the help of our volunteers, we were able to make meaningful changes that truly helped our communities.
