Following the success of previous forums hosted in Berlin, Amsterdam, Dubai, and Dublin, we are excited to announce that our fourth Leader Insights Forum will be held in Barcelona, Spain on March 27 to 29 at the Hotel Arts Barcelona.
When Digital Becomes Human
The blend of digital and human customer service is one of the biggest challenges facing executives in 2019 as customer expectations increase and automated or robotic systems dramatically improve.
At the Leader Insights Forum Barcelona, the theme will be “When Digital Becomes Human.” Our discussions will be centered on anticipating the future needs of digital customers, creating memorable customer experiences, and incorporating a platform for secure customer experience innovation in the future—with a focus on blending all interactions, digital and human. We will be exploring how brands can find the right balance between immediate and automated digital service and the empathy and connection created through genuine human interactions.
Our tracks and sessions will cover these five themes:
- The people power of transformations
- Security and privacy
- Channel strategies for a connected world
- Digital becoming human
- Unlocking innovation
The confirmed keynote speakers are:
- Steven Van Belleghem (Author, keynote speaker, co-founder of Nexxworks and Snackbytes)
- Sarah Harmon (Country Manager and Chief Motivator at LinkedIn Iberia)
- Bojana Bellamy (President of the Centre for Information Policy Leadership at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP)
- Stefan Osthaus (Author and Customer Experience Expert)
- Sarah Metcalfe (Head of Customer Service at Sure Petcare)
- Thomas Reby (Senior Strategy Manager at Google)
Not only will the speakers offer deep insights into CX interactions, but there will also be opportunities to network with and learn from peers in similar roles across several industries.
We look forward to hosting an exciting event full of insight into customer interactions and the interface between the human and digital customer experience. We have some world-class keynote speakers for all these subjects and an audience full of experts—there could not be a better place to gather information on the future of the customer experience—and to network with peers.
