Teleperformance takes home five awards from 2018 ECCSAs

Teleperformance was the only company to win five major 2018 European Contact Center & Customer Service  Awards (ECCCSAs), across four countries in Europe, including Best Multilingual Contact Center of the Year.

For almost 20 years recognizing organizations that are leading the way in delivering unique services to customers, the ECCCSAs Awards are the largest and longest running awards in the industry, highly regarded for the integrity and credibility of the judging process.

The awards were announced at a ceremony that took place on November 27 in London.

For the second consecutive year, Teleperformance in Greece was named Gold Winner, Best Multilingual Contact Center of the Year for its service excellence, employee satisfaction, continual innovation and operations efficiency. Its three Multilingual hubs in Athens are comprised of 8,000 employees from 92 countries and service clients from over 140 markets in 35 languages and dialects.

With more than 4,500 employees serving clients from over 35 markets, Teleperformance in Russia was awarded Gold Winner with client Aeroflot as the Best Large Outsourcing Partnership. This is a successful and long-standing collaboration recognized for its operations efficacy, employee experience practices, continuous focus on innovation and enhanced customer experience.

Currently counting with nearly 1,000 Multi-Lingual professionals, Teleperformance in Romania was awarded Silver Winner in the Best Small Outsourcing Partnership category with client Assurant Solutions. The partnership was recognized for addressing critical needs of Small and Medium-sized businesses, such as accelerating co-innovation and improving return on investment, all while improving customer experience.

Teleperformance in Portugal was named Silver Winner in the Best Multi/Omnichannel Customer Experience category for its capacity to seamlessly integrate channels through the deployment of a common digital platform and capturing the full potential of omnichannel solutions, which is providing the basis for the success of its clients.

Lastly, Teleperformance in Greece was named Silver Winner as Best Employer of the Year, Great Place to Work, for establishing a workplace where more than 8,000 satisfied employees can develop, grow, and help the company grow. The award recognized Teleperformance’s ability to create a competitive advantage through its people, becoming an employer of choice.
