Recognition as Great Place to Work for an entire decade. Congratulations TP Portugal!

While it would have been easy to overlook long-term goals and focus only on getting through this near-term health threat, that’s just not the TP way. Our employees remain our top priority — pre-pandemic, now, and once this COVID-19 storm has passed. We’ve never wavered from our mission to ensure that employee well-being comes first. Never, not even amid these historic circumstances.

So, we are incredibly proud to share this news from the Great Place to Work (GPTW) Institute, the global authority on workplace culture!

Adding those to our previous accomplishments, Teleperformance now holds 26 total Great Place to Work designations representing all of our regions, encompassing over 70% of our global workforce.

Teleperformance Portugal was evaluated by the Great Place to Work team thorough employee surveys, interviews, and evaluations to:

  • Help us to understand what employees think we’re doing well
