For the sixth time in a row, Teleperformance in Brazil has once again been recognized as one of the Best Companies to Work For by the prestigious Great Place to Work® (GPTW) Institute. The award, which was given in partnership with Época magazine, is born out of one of the most significant surveys that casts the spotlight on employee confidence index and company work environment.
The global authority on building, sustaining, and recognizing high-trust, high-performing workplace cultures, the GPTW evaluated about 2,000 companies this year to round up the 150 Best Companies to Work for in Brazil. It also recognized Teleperformance in three important categories: Communication, which focused on information sharing with employees; Transparency, the proximity to manage and clarify doubts with an openness; and Recognition, which is appreciating employees who have great performance.
