award once again from the prestigious Frost & Sullivan, one of the world’s
most respected market research and analysis firms.
In an awarding ceremony held at the annual Frost & Sullivan’s Asia-Pacific Best Practices Awards banquet in Singapore, Teleperformance was named 2019 Asia-Pacific Contact Center Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year. The award recognized Teleperformance’s passion for innovation in customer service.
