Over 26,000 employees from Teleperformance in the Philippines’
current sites took part in a confidential online survey conducted by the Great
Place to Work®
Institute to rate the company in several areas: culture, teamwork, growth and
development, leadership communication and support, sense of pride, and work
environment, among many others. Teleperformance in the Philippines Chief
Operating Officer Mike Lytle, together with the Senior Leadership Team,
received the official Great Place to Work® certification from
Jose Carlos Bezanilla, CEO of Great Place to Work® Institute of Greater China.
With yet another milestone, Lytle acknowledged
the team’s commitment to making each interaction matter. “We are deeply
encouraged by this result, because it shows that we are able to deliver on our
promise of making each interaction matter—not just for our external customers,
but for our employees as well. And this is very important to us, especially now
as we prepare to further push our innovation agenda and transform our employee
experience to sustain our growth momentum in the long-term.
