September 21 is a date everyone seems to know rather well mostly because of Earth, Wind, and Fire, who made the 21st night of September memorable and very much alive in the hearts of the disco-dancing public. While Teleperformance didn’t plan a disco dance-off last week, we joined the world in celebrating September 21, a date recognized by the United Nations Meditation Group as World Gratitude Day!
This year has been especially fruitful for all of us at Teleperformance. We have a lot of things to be grateful and thankful for, starting with the continuous milestones our Teleperformance operations from all over the world have been achieving. So far, Teleperformance has been recognized multiple times by independent third parties for our results, solutions, and human initiatives in 2018. The prestigious Everest Group recently named Teleperformance a Leader and Star Performer in its Contact Center Outsourcing—Service Provider Landscape with PEAK Matrix Assessment. Our global footprint continues to shine, as we received Best Place to Work and Great Place to Work awards for our sites in Albania, Lebanon, Colombia, Philippines, Mexico, Tunisia, and Dominican Republic. The Great Place to Work Institute also awarded our operations in Portugal with a Best Company to Work For recognition. Teleperformance in India was named Best Employer by AON, Best Place to Work for by the Great Place to Work Institute, and was recognized as Best Contact Center at the Contact Center World Awards, while Teleperformance in China won Outsourcing Service of the Year at the International Customer Relationship Excellence Awards. Our operations in Asia Pacific and EMEA won Contact Center Outsourcing Company of the Year awards from Frost and Sullivan. This recognition has been handed to our APAC operations for the sixth time, while it’s the second consecutive award for our operations in EMEA.
Teleperformance acknowledges the importance of security and social responsibility. We are thankful that our efforts have been recognized, as we are the first global BPO company to attain a BCR approval to obtain critical data protection compliance status in the EU and its GDPR. In addition, Frost and Sullivan also recognized Telepeformance as we received its prestigious Global Security Award, Competitive Strategy Award for Global Security, and Compliance in the Contact Center Outsourcing Industry. Finally, our continuous CSR efforts are once again recognized by Verego, after receiving its highest accreditation of an enterprise-wide certification for corporate social responsibility for the third year in a row.
Finally, we remain grateful to our greatest asset: our people, whose loyalty, commitment, and dedication are the best rewards a company could ever ask for. We thank our clients and business partners for putting their trust in us after all these years. As we embark on a new chapter, we look forward to a more connected world together with you all, as a result of us creating a positive impact through meaningful interactions. Our strategic vision remains—to increase the loyalty and value of the customer base from solutions to implementation, while celebrating diversity and acknowledging how our differences are what brings us together.
From all of us at Telepeformance, here’s a big thank you to everyone!
